Ugandan President Visits Parts hit by deadly Riots

Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni on Tuesday visited parts of Uganda's capital Kampala hit by several days of violence, and warned that police would use deadly force if necessary to put down further unrest. VOA'S Paul Ndiho has more.
